1. Will Anna University issue offline (hard copy) application forms for B.E Part Time, M.Sc (2 Years), M.Sc (5 Years) and M.Phil?

No, from the academic year 2017-18, the application forms will be only though online and no hard copy application forms will be issued for B.E Part Time, M.Sc (2 Years), M.Sc (5 Years) and M.Phil.

2. How do I log into an application?

Log in requires user registration. Register as a user by providing applicant’s details. Registration requires a valid e-mail id. One Time Password (OTP) to complete the registration process and application number after successful registration will be sent to the registered e-mail id.

3. Can I submit duplicate applications?

Yes, not recommended. Create a new e-mail id. Register with the new e-mail id. Log in using the new application number. Follow the guided steps thereafter to submit another application. If you have failed to upload any document during first time submission, send the document in pdf or jpg format to auadmissions@aukdc.edu.in It will be included to your application. If you have submitted the data incorrectly during the first time, contact “The Director, Centre for Admissions, Anna University, Chennai 600 025”.

4. Can I take a selfie to upload photograph?

No. Uploaded photographs should satisfy https://passport.gov.in/oci/Photo-Spec-FINAL.pdf

Major Internet Banking and Debit/Credit Cards are accepted. Transaction charges for different modes of payment vary and should be noted before making any payment

8. How do I upload the required documents?

Scan the required supporting documents in the specified format as instructed in the guidelines and store it in an accessible place. The soft copy of the scanned documents shall be uploaded during Document Upload stage of the application process.

9. How do I find the community, sub-caste and code?

10. Is there a prescribed formats for bonafide and differently abled certificates?

The sample certificates and certificate formats can be found at the downloads section in the URL https://www.aukdc.edu.in/adms/downloads.html

11. How do I take print out of the application?

You don’t need to take print out and send.
If you login after completing the payment process, you will be directed to a page to view your application and uploaded documents. You can save a copy or take print out from that web page.
